What should I do any how many percentage should I charge to my buyer. I’m selling my property and SPA is expired I have been giving one month to this buyer and charge 0.8%. My lawyer asking me either terminate this buyer or increase the penalty rate. It’s normal situation as buyer late payment (90%) to seller?
