Where can I buy a landed house anywhere nearby LRT/KTM below RM400,000-RM450,000? It is my first house, for investment purpose. It would be better if the house has a bit of compound for my two dogs. I would like to stay there for two-three years, then leave it for rental once I shift out. Please advise. Regards, Rhea. :)
