Which property should I Buy?
I have a dilemma in between choosing my first property. On Sep 2021, I had placed booking and signed LO for a new undercon condo called Platinum Mira at Cheras Maluri, but yet sign the SNP and LA. Recently at end of October, I received approval for my application Rumahwip that I applied in back then early of 2021. The Rumahwip is located at Kuchai area, walking distance to public transport MRT also.
But due to my Rumahwip application come laster, I need to forfeit the Platinum Mira if I want to proceed Rumahwip, and this will cause me to pay some penalty fees to bank, developer and lawyer side.
I prefer Rumahwip now as it is going to be completed soon on 2022 where I can stay for myself, while Platinum Mira I need to wait until 2026.
Appreciate if you could give me some opinion on this, whether I should choose one of them or go with both? Thanks
