Whom shall I name as respondent in filing Form 1 to the Tribunal of Strata Management? Currently my unit is located at Sri Impian Apartment, Larkin Perdana, 80350 Johor Bahru. The status is under JMB Sri Impian and the building is currently managed by a management company. The issue is overcharging me for my minimum monthly water bill at RM 16 per month. When the property was managed earlier I was only charged RM 6 minimum monthly charged. The current JMB was not able to produce any evidence that they got the support of AGM to raise the charges.The management agent has given his excuse that this decision was made prior to his appointment. There are all together 640 parcels under JMB and there is only one bulk meter to calculate the water usage. SAJ tariff is minimum monthly charge of RM 16 per month on the bulk meter. I see no reason for JMB to charge each unit RM 16 when we are using internal individual meter for our consumption.
