Why does Property Guru allow unscrupulous property agents to post properties that have misleading descriptions and images?
After browsing for over 3 month, I've found that multiple listings have attractive prices and images but when enquiring, I found that it's either a ruse to get you to check out a property in SEREMBAN rather than the listed address in Petaling Jaya.
It's either that or the property in question is for auction and not exactly at the advertised price. Or they just use the same luxury apartment photos for an obviously landed property.
This platform is for serious buyers who want to purchase, and should be treated as such. Not a forum for shady real estate companies to harvest leads for other properties.
