with 10 month of restart total saving to 10k (personal life issue so start over again). Is it safe to buy a rumawip/below 500k property with salary of 5k. Sign for the house those etc using all the saving + acc 2 for hidden fees and take the 100/110% loan. While the house in progress to complete about 4/5years, Then save up more for future use reno/emergency/investment/saving etc. Purpose of buying for building family. Not sure correct or not, i estimate the cost per month for the house is <RM2.5k for first 7 years (renovation installment )and 1.3k+ after that. Will this is too yolo or should i save up more.
