Would like to seek the following questions on property own and right’ A person T pass away 60 Years ago , without will . The property of T Is not transfer to his children and grandchildren . Who is the legal administrator to execute the assets . Currently there is only one son and daughter in laws with all grand children alive. The son is having medical condition , . Please advise procedure to execute the asset of the decreased person ?
