Petaling Jaya (10 October 2025) – Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or “Group”) bagged four prestigious awards last night at the PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia with iProperty. Particular focus was paid to the Group’s Southern developments as Tropicana was bestowed Best Branded Residential Development and Best Ultra Luxury High-Rise Development (Southern) for Skypark Kepler @ Lido Waterfront Boulevard and Best Mass Market Landed Development (Southern) for Fraser Heights @ Tropicana Uplands. The Group also received the People’s Choice Award – Top 10 Developer. This is Tropicana’s 7th year of winning and 3rd time winning the People’s Choice Award from the prestigious body, and the Group remains committed to redefining the art of living and demonstrating consistency in all developments and townships.
