HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM – S P Setia Berhad (“Setia” or “the Group”) marked a significant milestone with a groundbreaking ceremony for its flagship development, Setia Garden Residences at EcoXuan in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on Saturday morning, July 26, 2025.
