The Green Home Financing Guarantee Programme provides eligible purchasers of PH World’s Double Storey Courtyard Home series with a financing solution designed to lower the initial barrier to homeownership while promoting sustainable living. The structure offers:
- Up to 100% financing of the property price.
- An additional 10% for mortgage insurance (e.g., MRTA/CLTA).
This facilitates a reduced upfront financial burden and aligns with national sustainability goals by incentivizing investment in certified green homes. Eligible properties are those with recognised certifications such as GBI, GreenRE, LEED, or BCA Green Mark.
