Bandar Bestari is a township located within the Central Business District of Klang, Selangor. The township consists of a vibrant mix of landed and high-rise residential, commercial and retail properties, with freehold tenure. The homes at Canary Garden come in 8 variants with its own unique names, among them are The Bluet, The Fraise, Tulipe, Pervenche, Alisier, Clermont, Argentine and Ridgewood’s. Ridgewood Residences showcase resort style semi-dee and semi-dee link 2-storey homes. The 2-storey semi-dee homes have a built-up area of 3,306.24 sqft with 4+1 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The maintenance fee and sinking fund was waived until 2016.
