Located at Persiaran Pasak Bumi, Taman Bukit Jelutong, Seksyen U8, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, Selangor, Space U8 consists of freehold shop units. Completed in 2011, Space U8 was developed by Mainstay Holdings Sdn. Bhd. There are a total of 46 units at SpaceU8. The build-up size for units here is from 2,250 square units and the total lettable area is 600,000 square feet. Space U8 is a commercial center offering retail outlets, food and beverage outlets, health outlets as well as leisure outlets. It caters to the residents of Denai Alam, Ara Damansara and Bukit Jelutong. Space U8 enjoys good connectivity to its surrounding areas, as well as Selangor and Kuala Lumpur via major highways such as the New Klang Valley Expressway, and the ELITE Highway. Space U8 is also already tenanted by several F & B outlets. There is also a cinema with that has a 1300 seating capacity at Space U8. There is not much information on the launching of Space U8, except that it is also known as Malaysia’s first ‘eco-mall’.
