Seri Kembangan

Seri Kembangan, formerly known as Serdang New Village, is a town located in Selangor, Malaysia. The town is now a considerable city in size – can be seen on the North-South Expressway Southern Route.

It comprises the Mines Resort City, Serdang and Equine Park township.There is a KFC located on the centre of Jalan Besar and is part of the highest point on Jalan Besar. Jalan Besar has a large market which hides a small road. Palace of the Golden Horses, a renowned 5 star hotel is located in the town. Pasar Malam (night market) in Seri Kembangan is on every Monday. SouthCity Plaza and Universiti Putra Malaysia are also located in Serdang. Alice Smith Secondary Campus and Wisma Penyayang is located at Equine Park Seri Kembangan as well. 

To travel around in this town, there are always bus and taxi services available. However, to travel further out of Seri Kembangan area, there is a choice of either taking a taxi, or the local train services (LRT or KTM).
