  Bought one for rental. Location’s great, upkeep’s fine. Tenants like it. Worth it.

  A smart buy

  We bought a unit because it suits our parents and kids. The hall is useful for gatherings, and we walk around safely even at night. The maintenance staff does a good job. Feels like a smart buy.

  Worth the rental

  Been renting here nearly two years and honestly, it’s good value for what you get. Big enough space, clean surroundings, and super convenient to Mid Valley.
