  Peaceful living

  I’m retired and spend most of my mornings in the garden area or reading room. The gym and sauna are a bonus. I like that security is present 24/7, which makes me feel safe.

  Value for the price

  We wanted something roomy without going into landed property prices, and Armanee fits well. The unit feels like a proper home with wet and dry kitchens, dining, and a family hall.

  Expat friendly

  As an expat, I needed a place big enough for my family. Armanee has good space and nice facilities like tennis courts and a pool. Shopping at IKEA and One Utama is just a short drive away. It’s been easy settling in here.
