Investment Appeal & Branding, But Value H
We bought a Garden Home as an investment. EcoWorld’s brand, freehold title, and strong location make it an attractive bet. Rental enquiries come in. But long-term value will depend heavily on how well management cares for shared spaces, roads, and amenities. If upkeep lags, the premium renters might erode. -

Green Masterplan’s Charm, Yet Facility Traffi
The parks, flamingo lakes, and the township landscaping are what sold us. It feels like a modern, nature-rooted community. Facilities are beautiful, though on weekend evenings the clubhouse is busy and some paths get crowded. Early handovers have minor finishing snags, which we’re getting rectified but it’s a bit stressful. -

Landed Feels, Garden Spaces & Smart Layou
We moved into a Co-Home here because we liked the idea of a landed home without having to maintain a huge house. The layout is smart, and the garden lane behind is peaceful. But when I compare PSF for units facing green versus those facing road, the gap is huge — you really need the premium to get good living quality. -

More than half of the residents in Eco Horizon are facing problem with their car porch leak. This is either a design issue or workmanship problem. Hope Eco World don't take this issue lightly. -
