Casa Serdang is a freehold semi-detached housing estate located at Jalan BS 9/7a, Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Casa Serdang was completed on 2006 and developed by SCland Group. The residential area consists of 28 units semi-detached double storey houses with 40x80 sf in a guarded residential area.

As a semi luxury residential area, Casa Serdang is providing the best they could to ensure the safety of the residents are taken care. The residential area is gated by a guard house at the entrance and the exit. Each entry must be approved by the security guard. The residential area was built at a very strategic location, there is a kindergarten just apposite the housing area, and the commercial area is just within 300 meters from Casa Serdang whereby Chinese food stalls, Malay restaurant and mini market as well as policlinic can be found in that commercial area. Not much facilities featured in this residential area, but a well-maintained playground equipped with recreation equipments such as slide, seesaw and swings would be sufficed for daily recreation activities even for adults. Not to forget, 24 hours security is provided with a guard house stationing at the entrance and exit of the area.

The car porch can fit at least 2 cars and there is an open space at the side of the main building. Owner has the option to make a small garden out of it or extant the main building to create of more living space.
