Good, Bad and Ugly
The Good: Excellent location, walk distance to Axis mall, to bus stop, and to LRT station. swimming pool is well cleaned, cleaning in general is good. suitable for handicap ramp at entrance makes it handicap friendly. The Bad: major design mistakes, unit entrance are facing each other so your neigbor can look through your house direct. Also all units have 2 bathrooms, one of them has no window and no ventilation, so bad smell is trapped. It very clear that this condo design by a poor architect because mistakes even non engineer can notice. The Ugly: All lifts are not maintained, lifts in bad shape, damage & dirt like rumah pangsa lift. managment office at condo reception is not friendly with angry face. security guards allow outsiders to park inside the condo. there are many mosques(prayer center for Muslims) beside the condo, so during prayers time it is extermemly noisy because the preacher must shout in the microphone calling people to come to pray. (if you have a sick old person who needs some sleep, this place will not suit you). -
