  Resort vibes on high—sky facilities to impres

  This project stretches up near 68 stories with over 960 units, but what really sold me were the facilities. There’s a concierge lobby, sky deck, infinity pool, sky dining bar, even a sky bar at the top. It's like living in vertical luxury—and a good one.

  Fastest commute upgrade

  Living here would make commuting almost a joke—in the good way. It’s just a 5-minute walk to both KLCC and Kampung Baru LRT stations, and you're a short stroll from Suria KLCC, Avenue K, and Saloma Bridge. Accessing other parts of the city is a breeze.

  City views by day, serenity by night.

  I took a peek at Dawn KLCC recently and wow—the views are unreal. Units are a mix of studios, dual‑keys, and 2‑beds starting from about 350 sq ft up to around 835 sq ft, all freehold. From the upper floors, you’re waking up to KLCC Park and KLCC tower views.
