  Strategic location

  Denai Alam is a good location especially with the DASH highway that has cut down the travelling time. It's a nice neighbourhood and Elmina has all the amenities that you need.

  Smaller units suitable for renting out

  The one-bedroom and two-bedroom units in Habitus are a good size for renting out. Working adults living alone tend to go for the smaller units. Smaller units also mean less floor area to clean.

  Nice facilities

  Having a pool and gym in your condo means you can live a healthy lifestyle by working out. No excuse to not work out and you save on gym membership. I also like that Denai 128 (Habitus) has a lot of shared spaces for just chilling out.
