Eco Botanic feels like a modern township in evolution. The café rows, the walkability, the frontage all give a boutique vibe. But some parts aren’t fully matured yet — utilities, finishing, infrastructure may lag. If you’re okay with being a “phase-1 resident,” it’s pretty exciting.

Appreciation Potential is High — But Be Cauti
I bought here partly because I’d seen chatter in forums that prices are climbing. The adjacent food scene, shops, café culture are real assets. But when I compared units, I saw a wide spread in value depending on lot & orientation. I’m cautious — this needs long-term holding, not a quick flip.

Walkable Cafés & Township Vibes
We moved into one of the cluster houses in Eco Botanic. Weekends are fun — just stroll out and pick a café, walk under shaded paths. But on busy meal times, foot traffic and some parking congestion in front of the cafés is noticeable. For us, the trade-off is worth it given the convenience.
