The most convenient place to live
"I’ve been hunting for a well-connected, not-too-crazy-priced spot in KL and stumbled on Emerald 9. The mixed-use setup is a bonus, and the 51 facilities thing? Wild. MRT link makes it easy to explore without a car. I don’t need luxury, just convenience and vibes and this checks both boxes. " -

Commuting ease in a prime area
I booked a unit last year. Price was fair for what they offer. Still a bit worried about traffic but the MRT makes things easier. Plus got retail shops downstairs, so I don’t have to go far to buy things. -

Great acccessibility
Honestly, it’s the MRT access that sold me. I work in KL Sentral and the linked walkway to Taman Suntex is super convenient. Also love that AEON and Eko Cheras are just a short ride away. I don’t drive, so this kind of setup really works for me. Facilities look solid too. Can’t wait to move in! -
