  Hi, I live in US on leasehold property. Every month I pay certain amount of lease rent to the land owner. My question is: do we have to pay monthly rent for lease hold property in KL such Jendela Residence? Thank you Han

  - What is the good this property compared to other property? - How about the amenities? Is this crowded place? - Can I get a natural light from this area? - Which part/ unit is has a better environment? I would like to choose area that can see the road very well - How the balcony and living area area separated? Wall or sliding? - The signature of every part in the house etc, living area, bathroom and for cloth to dry - how about the parking lot? it is wide enough for me to put like 3 or more cars?
