  If you're looking for a convenient and comfortable place to live in KL, look no further than Laville in KL. The location was perfect - with two amazing malls and two MRT stations within walking distance, it makes getting around the city so easy.

  Convenient Location of Lavile KL for a Comfor

  The location of Lavile KL is unbeatable. I am able to commute the city with ease thanks to its proximity to major shopping centers and MRT Stations. Highly recommend staying here for a convenient and comfortable experience

  When convenient is priority Laville Condo is

  In term of convenient to public transport, F&B and Malls. You cannot beat Laville Condo. It has all you want and more. Another attraction is this is a freehold property. Excellent for own stay or good rental potential.

  Great Location as near to City , near by mall , good facilities, the only thing downside is the size - small w 3 bedroom - if 2 bedroom will be great for the size of 850sqeet
