Space For Gatherings
I wanted enough shared facilities for occasional gatherings with friends and family. The barbecue area has been particularly useful when we want to organise a simple weekend meal without hosting everyone inside the unit. The multi purpose hall also gives residents an additional space for larger activities. When I have visitors, the covered car park is convenient because they do not have to leave their cars exposed to the weather. I like that the property has perimeter fencing around the development, which gives the common areas a more defined setting. Having these different spaces makes living here feel more enjoyable without making daily life complicated. -

Family Friendly Setting
We have been staying at Lumina Kiara for some time and enjoy the slower pace here in the evenings.The swimming pool and wading pool were some of the facilities that caught our attention. My children also spend time at the playground when they want to be outdoors. I like that the property has perimeter fencing and 24 hour security, which gives the surroundings a more settled feel. The landscaped garden adds some greenery around the common areas. So far, we are happy with how the property fits our family needs. -

So Quiet Home
I booked a unit here because I wanted a home that felt peaceful after work. The landscaped garden gives the property a pleasant feel when walking around. I also like having covered parking, especially during rainy days. The 24 hour security makes me feel more comfortable coming home late. -
