  Solid KL condo

  Two parking bays, strong security, and plenty of sports courts. Easy access to Federal Highway and Salak South Highway. Comfortable city living.

  Good for big families

  Living with parents and spouse here. Layout works well and lifts are efficient. Close to HUKM and Pantai Cheras for peace of mind.

  Perfect for young fam

  Staying here with two kids has been comfortable. The playground, wading pool and jogging track keep everyone busy. Schools and malls like Sunway Velocity are nearby, so weekends are easy. Feels like good value for a KL address this close to the city.

  M Vertica experience

  Definately not high end condo but above average for sure. Good facilities especially the gym & swimming pools. The outdoor park is massive & relaxing. Strategic location with easy transportation link. The only downside is the management issue. Security staff mostly doesn't speak fluent English. Still a recommended investment project. Rental can fetch 2800 for 3b2b.

  Great area but hope this area will be develop

  Good and need time to be developed to be good and safe area such as PJ area.

  Booking facility

  Have to book 4 days earlier for badminton court, futsal court, basketball court and tennis court. Even if there is no ppl, you are not allowed to play. The guard will and management are strictly disallowed if even the court is empty. And the problem are have to book 4 days earlier, not everyone has a fixed schedule like them.

  Worst management

  Management didnt do their work, Parcel room is overloading and shut down and never give a time to reopen. The mahsing app for facilities booking and visitor registering is also laosy
