I was specifically looking for something that could serve businesses rather than another residential property. The office tower format makes the purpose of the unit quite clear, which I find helpful when considering potential tenants. The car park is an important practical feature because employees, clients and visitors may need access to parking. I also appreciate the 24 hours security, especially when offices have people coming and going at different times. -
