  Toured Semanea Hills Phase H1A & H1B. The township planning is clean — wide streets, good spacing between houses, and a very calm atmosphere. The interior layout is family-friendly with decent bedroom sizes. Honestly a practical choice for anyone looking for a landed home in this part of town.

  Peaceful Environment With Easy Access

  I checked out Semanea Hills H1A & H1B at Persiaran Metafasa. Quiet environment, lots of greenery, and easy access from the main Persiaran Metafasa road. The units have good ventilation and the streets don’t feel congested at all. It’s a comfortable neighbourhood if you prefer a peaceful landed area.

  Visited Semanea Hills Phase H1A & H1B today. The area is low-density, the roads are noticeably wide, and the houses get really good natural light. The layout is practical — no awkward corners — and the neighbourhood feels calm. Solid choice if you want a modern landed unit in Persiaran Metafasa.
