  Bought a suite here for Penang short and long-stay rental income. The Straits views and serviced suite format make it easy to market to expats, business travellers, and Penang visitors. Occupancy has been healthy and the premium for sea view justifies higher nightly or monthly rates. A well-positioned Penang income asset.

  Perfect base for exploring Penang with sea vi

  Stayed at Strait Garden Suite for a month while working remotely and it was an excellent experience. Waking up to Straits views every morning felt like a permanent holiday. The unit was comfortable, well-equipped, and the location gave easy access to Georgetown, hawker centres, and Gurney Drive. A genuinely lovely way to experience Penang.
