Taman Maju Satu is a freehold residential development located in Kajang, Selangor. Being one of Kajang’s oldest residential areas, this residential development is sited near to other residentials on its eastern Sungai Jelok side such as Taman Kajang Baru, Taman Berlian, Taman Megah and Taman Sungai Jelok. Kajang and Stadium Kajang MRT stations are in Kajang Town too which is nearby. While many of these houses have been renovated and upgraded there are still some which look rather run-down.
