Investing in Sepang's most design-led 2027 de
The Chapter Sunsuria caught our eye for its genuine design ambition close to Cyberjaya. The Sunsuria City master plan has been executed well in previous phases. Cyberjaya Lebuhraya and Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Link give good highway connectivity. KLCC is about 30–40 minutes away. Multimedia University and Limkokwing University are within the broader area. Good pick for a long-term investment. -

Sunsuria City Sepang – curated community conc
The Chapter's position within Sunsuria City puts residents in one of the most curated environments. Gardens, parks, and a thoughtfully planned streetscape make this different from typical high-density condos. Tech company headquarters, universities, and Cyberjaya Hospital are all accessible. Putrajaya and KLIA via highways are reachable. Good for young professionals who want a lifestyle-led address. -

Future-forward Sepang living – The Chapter Su
The Chapter by Sunsuria in Sepang is part of Sunsuria City, a most ambitious master township. The location within the tech corridor is excellent for IT professionals and entrepreneurs. Linking Road and SILK Highway give access to Putrajaya and KL. Gardens by the Bay-inspired planning gives the township a distinctive character. Upon 2027 completion, this will be one of Sunsuria's most complete addresses. -
