  Practical city living

  I’m a single working expat and this place ticks most boxes. Public transport nearby, easy access to Cheras and city centre. Gym’s small but the pool’s nice. Maintenance team responds fast. Not luxurious, but convenient and stress-free.

  Convenient and comfortable

  Stayed here since 2021. It’s close to my office, and traffic isn’t too bad. Facilities are okay, and maintenance has improved over time. The only small issue is limited parking for guests, but overall, no regrets.

  Nice first home

  Bought a unit here after months of searching. The layout makes sense, not too cramped. Facilities are simple but enough. For the price and location, I think it’s a smart buy.
