The Nobel Healthcare Park is the first phase of the KL Wellness City project, comprising two blocks of medical suites and one block of wellness suites located in Bukit Jalil. The 10.7-hectare leasehold project is located near the Pavilion Bukit Jalil shopping mall.

Concept

Overall, the KL Wellness City is a township focussed on healthcare and wellness. Touted as the first development of its kind in Southeast Asia, the project’s anchor is a state-of-the-art International Tertiary Hospital with initial capacity of 624 beds. The other components of the project include medical, wellness, business, and retail suites.

The wellness suites are targeted for short-term rental to healthcare travellers but can also be used as a residence. The medical suites are designed for the independent practice of medical specialists and built in compliance with Ministry of Health specifications.
