  Good location near Pavilion Bukit Jalil

  I think the location of The Nobel Healthcare Park is quite good, so close to Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Lots of shops around the area as well. The wellness suites can be rented out as studio apartments or as Airbnb type. Definitely worth considering as an investment property.

  Interesting healthcare concept

  This must be a first, investing in medical suites. The Nobel Healthcare Park is a good option for rental investment for those medical professionals who want to consult without being attached to a hospital. Have not seen such a concept in Malaysia so far.
