Real city convenience
I relocated from KL for work about two years ago and chose The Tamarind after comparing several developments along the Tanjung Tokong stretch. What stood out was how the common facilities actually live up to what was promised, the waterscape area, the gym, jogging track and yoga centre are all well-kept and genuinely usable on a daily basis. the security is robust and the overall environment feels calm and well-managed. Highly recommended. -

Weekend pool moments
Living at The Tamarind has genuinely changed how I experience Penang. As a working mother, the freehold status alone gave me great peace of mind, but what truly won me over was the thoughtful layout. The three-bedroom unit gets wonderful natural light throughout the day, and the yard space is so practical for a family. The wading area is where the kids spend every weekend! -

Calm and Peaceful Living
I viewed a few condos around Tanjung Tokong and Tamarind stood out because the layout felt practical, not cramped. The windows bring in plenty of light and the overall environment feels calmer compared to some newer high-density projects nearby. The location is also convenient for daily errands with Lotus’s, cafés and restaurants close by. I like that it still feels residential despite being near busy areas. Security and common areas looked properly maintained during my visit too. Good option for small families or professionals wanting a more balanced Penang lifestyle. -
