  Perfect for the family with everything nearby

  We moved here for the kids. The playground is safe, and schools are nearby. Getting to work is fast with both bridges so close. The unit is modern and has just the right space for our needs. Visiting the showroom gave us a better picture and it looked even better in person.

  Peaceful and convenient

  I like the quiet here. Good view, solid internet, and the gym’s never too packed. Super convenient to get to the airport or Queensbay. Nice balance of city access and calm.

  Small yet spacious

  We wanted a place that’s peaceful but close to work, and The Terraces is just perfect. Love the big windows and open layout as it feels spacious even at 950 sq ft. Facilities are well-maintained, and weekends by the pool have become our little tradition. Glad we visited the showroom as it helped us decide fast.
