  I compared several projects in Shah Alam, and for this size, the price is reasonable. Not many new homes in this range give both space and design quality.

  Good for families

  The play areas and thematic gardens caught our attention. With young kids, safety and outdoor space matter a lot, and Tilia meets those needs. The low density of only 112 homes feels more private too.

  Spacious and bright

  We were impressed with the layout, especially the wide living area and natural light from the large windows. It feels airy and cozy at the same time. The price point is fair for the size and location
