  Functional KLIA area stay

  I've stayed at Ujana a couple of times when catching early morning flights out of KLIA. The apartment is basic but clean and functional—everything you need for a night before flying. The KLIA proximity is the whole point and it delivers on that. Grab drivers know the area well. It's not somewhere you'd want to stay long-term for lifestyle reasons, but for the airport transit use case, it works perfectly.

  Unique niche investment near KLIA

  I purchased a Ujana unit as an investment specifically targeting the KLIA corridor niche. Airline crew, frequent business travellers, and airport-adjacent workers form a solid tenant pool. Rental demand is consistent even if it doesn't command premium rates. The property is functional and maintained reasonably well. Not a glamorous investment but it fills a genuine niche and delivers steady, low-hassle returns.

  Practical and affordable near KLIA

  I stay at Ujana Executive Apartment because of how convenient it is for someone who travels frequently. KLIA is just a short drive, making early morning or late-night flights stress-free. The apartment is functional—nothing overly fancy but clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The area around Sepang has been developing slowly with more amenities. For frequent flyers or airport-adjacent professionals, Ujana makes a lot of practical sense.

  Nice View and Quiet Place to Relax

  I bought this Unit 3 years ago from a friend and i never regret as this place is an escape for family to relax. There are shops and tourism hotspot surrounding and few minutes away to Singapore 2nd link custom. It is a worty if you need a place for relaxing during weekend.

  Bias Management,.. Deceptive l Chairwoman

  The management was changed in an EGM earlier this year, 2018. They created a whatsapp group, omitting selected owners. The problems still persists. The current Chairwoman, remains deceptive & Rude.

  Ujana is Nice, but is being Mis-managed by Ar

  The Ujana Managers, also become Tenants of Same Property under Management. MASSIVE CONFLICT OF INTERESTS. THE MC CHAIRMAN, LAWRENCE TAN, seems to be covering-up for the MA's poor performance

  To the Experts out there, 1. Can the MC Force rules* down the throats of Owners ? 2. Can the MC Use Common Funds to set up a Ujana Website, just to benefit Owners who want to rent out only ?

  Ujana Apartment is being Destroyed by MC, MA

  This MC, MA’s strategy is to focus on superficial improvements, such as painting, website promotion, …but not in the fundamental issues of Building rectifications Really Lousy Management

  Ujana being mismanaged again,..

  MCtook over from JMB,...claims some documents / monies missing ,...I fear the day when all Owners must contribute extra money, for the upkeep of this property manager parks car all over the place, duh
