  Nice design, but parking is tight

  I like the overall design and the unit finishing, especially the kitchen fittings. Facilities are fine, though I feel parking space can be a bit limited when guests come over. Still, value for money in Ara Damansara.

  Comfortable and safe

  As retirees, we wanted a manageable home with facilities to keep active. The gym and sky lounge are nice, and the security here feels solid. It’s peaceful enough but still close to shops and medical care when needed.

  Good location, practical choice

  I chose Urbana because it’s close to my office and has easy access to NKVE and LDP. The unit isn’t huge but it’s well laid out with a proper kitchen. For me it’s a good balance between price and location.
