Alix Residences was first launched in July 2019 by Orchard Park Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of TA Global Bhd. Alix Residences is easily accessible via the Jalan Duta, North-South Expressway, SPRINT Highway, New Klang Valley Elevated Highway (NKVE) and Damansara-Ulu Kelang Elevated Highway (DUKE). Other infrastructures close to the project include the Penchala Link and Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim.

North Kiara is located between Mont Kiara and Desa ParkCity, and it has witnessed an increase in developments in recent years. Developers have redefined the landscape to accommodate the spillover residential demand in Mont Kiara The area is still undergoing redevelopment and since the area is an extension of Mont Kiara, prices are still within the affordable range.
