Tropicana Alam is Tropicana Corp Bhd’s first foray into Shah Alam. The self-contained mixed development township will span across 863 acres. The first phase is called Arahsia Residences, and it comprises 432 units of link homes, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM342mil and this phase has been fully taken up since its launch in May 2015.

The project’s 12-acre property gallery is located on the development site at Bandar Tropicana Aman, next to the maturing neighbourhood of Kota Kemuning. This township features an 85-acre central park which acts as the development’s green lung, a linear lake, and a 100ft-wide tree-lined boulevard.

Tropicana signed a partnership agreement with Tenby Schools to build an international school campus at Tropicana Aman. The 10-acre Tenby International School campus was completed in 2018 and it offers international programmes for students aged 3 to 18 years old.

Plus, its close proximity to the self-sustained township of Kota Kemuning bodes well for Tropicana Aman.
