Aurora Residence has public transportation, almost right at its doorstep. Residents could take a 12-minute stroll (about 800m) to the closest LRT station (LRT Station 11 @ Puchong Prima), which will connect them to Sri Petaling and Kelana Jaya.
The development also enjoys easy access to nearby townships. For example, travelling to Cyberjaya and Serdang by car would take approximately 10 minutes, while Subang Jaya and Petaling Jaya is about 20 minutes’ away.
For residents with school-going children, SMK Puchong Permai is just right next to the school, at the main junction of Lake Side City, while SK Puchong Perdana and SJK (C) Sin Ming, are a short drive away. Higher learning institutions in the neighbourhood include KFCH International College, Limkokwing University and Multimedia University.
Aurora Residence is also animal-friendly, which is not too common in many developments. There is a communal open space for owners and their pets. As long as owners clean up after their pets, such a space is a nice touch from the developer.

When one mentions Puchong, it is quite normal to get either of these responses, “Wow, so far!” or “Crazy traffic jam!”. However, with the numerous amenities and facilities offered at Aurora Residence, it is no surprise that units were snapped up rather quickly upon its launch.
Aurora Residence has a strong advantage when it comes to its proximity to a LRT station. The Puchong Prima LRT station is about 800m away, which is within walking distance but not too close. For those who prefer to drive, there’s Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and Sungai Besi link close by.
There’s no real escape when it comes to heavy traffic from a growing population in established areas. However, high-rise residences in Puchong continue to remain robust among younger home buyers, especially those who seek differentiated facilities. The steady demand for properties in Puchong also means that capital appreciation and rental yield would be on the upside.

Puchong has seen tremendous developments over the past 10 years. In 2005, Puchong was still a suburban residential enclave.
