The biggest competitor to Avara would be Tria and Nine Seputeh, which both are luxury developments.

The closest project to Avara in terms of location is Tria Seputeh and its collection which are also situated in Seputeh. While the price range between Avara and its competitors may be similar, Ba Sheng Sdn Bhd does not as of yet enjoy the same reputation as MRCB which is developing the other residential developments in Seputeh.
What Avara does however have going for it is the developer’s promise of great quality and their attention to details. What other online users also like about Avara is the view that they can get, and its location next to the Federal Highway.
