Curvo Residences is the final residential phase of the first integrated development in Setapak, SkyArena.
Tropicana Aman is a developing township spread across approximately 860 acres of prime land in Telok Panglima Garang, near Kota Kemuning. It is to be a self-contained mixed township of residential, commercial and open parkland components developed in 20 phases. Currently, only Phase 2 has been launched. Phase 1 of their residential component was a sell-out success.

In time to come, this will be lively but holistically green and sustainable township with education being part and parcel of the central theme, as envisioned by the developers. Tenby Schools will be building their 10-acre campus within Tropicana Aman, in fact, within walking distance from the Bayan Residences precinct. Tenby International School, offering an international syllabus, is expected to begin intake for 1800 students by September 2018.

Tropicana Aman is actually created on land that was once called Canal City in Telok Panglima Garang, Kuala Langat. Much of the character of its former moniker is still being remembered in the blueprint of the township’s masterplan through its many water features.
And Telok Panglima Garang seems to have moved. At least in terms of perception. What was once endless tracts of plantation land with crisscrossing networks of irrigation canals in the vast Selangor hinterland of Kuala Langat has suddenly reappeared at the edge of matured and affluent Kota Kemuning. That’s right. Tropicana Aman, the 860 former plantation parcel of Kuala Langat is so close to Kota Kemuning, the township can actually be confused with being in Kota Kemuning. Getting There
The best way to get to Tropicana Aman, is through Kota Kemuning. If you use the KESAS Highway, slip off at Exit 5068 to Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. There are, of course, other routes you can use but this seems to be the most straightforward.
If using the route through Kota Kemuning, you will arrive at the relatively new Shah Alam section, still emerging out of the suburbs, called Section 29. After you pass this intersection, you will be guided the rest of the way by the many banners hung along the way..
