Alright, enough about the location, it’s now the time to talk about the project! As you can see from the picture above, there is not much activity going on at the development site at the moment. The land is still bare and the project’s name has yet to appear on the notice board. Nonetheless, Clique’s neighbouring project, Radius Business Park, has been progressing well and we can expect to hear more from the developer very soon.
Right now, the only thing we know about the project is that it will be a mixed integrated development that features SoHo and retail units. It will also sit on EMKAY’s 50 acres of prime freehold land in Cyberjaya, with CUCMS and the upcoming Regal City (a huge mixed residential and commercial development) surrounding it. The pricing though, will be “affordable”, as its smallest SoHo unit could be selling from RM290,000 onwards.
While nothing has been officially confirmed yet, we can only assume that the project will be a very people friendly and Gen Y oriented development. I mean, it did promise to be more open and connected than the other projects in Cyberjaya right? It certainly did and that is why you can find many fun and interactive facilities located here such as a basketball court, squash court, laundrette, swimming pool and playground, in addition to several dedicated WiFi zones and hangout spots as well.
For the retail units, over 400 basement and outdoor car parks will also be provided to you so that you can shop and dine in peace and comfort. Meanwhile, security is never a compromise, as there are CCTVs, gate barriers and panic buttons at strategic location to ensure that your safety and wellbeing is being taken care of.
Interiors and Floor Plans
Like I’ve mentioned earlier, there is very little information available for Clique at this juncture, apart from its highly open and practical concept. Being open means that the project is built to have maximum exposure to sunlight and an unobstructed view of its surroundings. It also has purposeful designs and tiered retail towers to allow each block to have its own vista of the street and the city skylines.
If you ask me, working in this place will be extremely stimulating and invigorating. The best part is, partial furnishings will be also provided for the SoHo units, while flexible designs will be introduced to maximize the space.
As for the floor plans, the SoHo units may come from between 450 sq ft to 650 sq ft while the business suites will possess a built-up area of between 1,374 sq ft to 4,153 sq ft. There will also be three types of retail towers/designs for you to choose from; Jewel Tower, En Bloc or Standard Design, where each of them will be uniquely designed to ensure that your business will stand out.

Ahh, Cyberjaya. You either love it or hate it. In this ultra-modern and intelligent city, life can get pretty fast and chaotic. For some, they love it because they thrive in the open and highly efficient city environment. While for the others; not so much, as they prefer to live and work in somewhere more mature and traditional. Whichever side you are on, there’s one thing that everyone can agree on – Cyberjaya is a city with tremendous growth and investment potential.
As you all know, this place is where the young, knowledge based crowd is converging. More than half of Cyberjaya’s population are knowledge workers while another third are university students. So, there is a lot of potential to capture the Gen Y and high salaried target market here, if you are planning to start a business. Otherwise, just come over and blend in with the youthful crowds, if you like the working and living environment.
Of course, being mobile is one of the main reasons why you would want to consider relocating here. From feeder buses to taxis and train services (ERL and 2 future MRT stations), there are ample ways for you to travel in and out of the city. Better yet, you can always just grab a car and drive here yourself as it is well connected to major highways such as Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP), North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and Maju Expressway (MEX). The point is that Cyberjaya is one of the few places Klang Valley that has superb accessibility and public transportation system and you certainly don’t want to miss it!
That being said, this city is also one of the top destinations when it comes to learning and entertainment. Names like LimKokWing University of Creative Technology, Multimedia University (MMU), Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS) and Kirby International College have become synonymous with the city, while new commercial centres and shopping malls are also quickly popping up such as Tamarind Square, D’Pulze Shopping Mall and Gem-In Mall. In the end, there are plenty of options for you to choose from in the city, whether it is work, play or study.

It’s true that this project is exclusively targeting the young and mobile generation. That is why it is going to be launched at a rather affordable price; probably at RM290,000 for its smallest SoHo unit.
Mind you, being affordable does not mean it is going to be cheap. The price will still be in line with many of the similar developments out here, but it will probably suit you better if you are one of the Gen Ys. And considering that it promises to bring you a more open and connected space as well, there’s really not much you should complain about the price.

So, if you are looking for a classy and affordable place to stay and work, Clique Cyberjaya is definitely worth its interests.
