Initially launched in 2015, Corallia homes have a gross development value (GDV) of RM240 million and are nestled within a serene setting. Why does this place evoke a serene atmosphere? Because there is a 1,000-acre lake within easy access. That’s why. There is just something about the presence of water that lightens the mood of a place.
Security is a priority. This can be witnessed by the presence of LED street lights which will be a common fixture throughout the Corallia homes development and perhaps even throughout the entire D’ Island Residence vicinity. Before you reach the guardhouse of D’ Island Residence, you’ll have to bypass the housing precinct of Taman Tasik Puchong
One of the closest highways that connects Puchong to the rest of Klang Valley is Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP). Once you pass the Sunway toll plaza, you should proceed to the flyover and head right towards south of Puchong where IOI Puchong Mall (15 kilometres away) is on your right and IOI Business Park is on the left.
This means that you are continuing towards Puchong along the LDP. The nearest schools include Sekolah Rendah Agama Taman Desa Ayer Hitam and Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina Sin Ming.
Puchong in its entirety is made up of several “taman” such as Taman Tasik Puchong, Taman Putra Prima, and Taman Puchong Prima. As you exit the LDP and get on to the Maju Jaya-Puchong Utama interchange you will eventually come across a roundabout. Make a left turn and this will lead you to Bandar Puchong Utama. Next you will reach the housing area of Taman Tasik Prima.
Once you move pass this housing area, you will come across a T-junction with traffic lights. To head to D’Island Residence, you should make a left turn at these traffic lights. As you are attempting this, you will bypass the Wharf Residence, which faces rows of shop lots such as MyMydin Supermarket at Taman Tasik Prima. These shop lots serve as one of the business centers in the area. The other one is BizWalk.
