By virtue of its prime address within the mature area of Cheras, we believe Damai Vista is not just an excellent family home, but can also be a suitable investment property.  A large number of residential projects in Cheras are also high-density, but not Damai Vista, as there’s only 6 to 10 units per floor. Altogether, the 322 units are sited within a large site spanning over 4 acres.

However, a downside is the frequent traffic jams and congestion in the roads within the vicinity of Cheras. But this issue is expected to be mitigated once the road upgrades in the area are completed.
