Getting there is rather easy. Upon exiting Jalan Tun Razak, take the route to Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra heading to Jalan Keramat Dalam, enrouting to Jalan Enggang. Hop on Jalan Lingkaran Tengah 2 and head on towards Jalan Ukay Perdana. One can also opt for AKLEH and later head onto Jalan Lingkaran Tengah 2, enrouting to Jalan Ukay Perdana. From that point on, you’ll will be driving all the way up  along the hilly roads of Ukay Perdana.

Driving to DeBunga Residensi would take at least 25 minutes from the main areas of Kuala Lumpur.

It can be said that DeBunga’s location is well connected to MRR2, AKLEH and DUKE. Thus commuting to and from DeBunga Residensi wouldn’t be much of a hassle providing if you have personal mode of transportation and willing to commute on a regular basis.

There are only a few developments and townships around this area. Serenia Gardens, another development by IJM Land is the closest neighbouring development to DeBunga Residensi. It is in its completion stage with more than half of its units have been occupied by residents. And, Serenia Gardens is a low density township.

For basic amenities, there aren’t many within an immediate reach. Residents must commute at least ten to 20 minutes to a decent sized mall like Wangsa Walk and places within its vicinity. There the residents are able to access to places such as AEON Big, AEON AU3, ColdStorage, Jusco Alpha Angle and Giant Hypermarket. For those heading up to Kuala Lumpur’s prime area such as KLCC and Pavillion, they could hop on AKLEH via Jalan Lingkaran Tengah 2 and exit at Jalan Tun Razak. The drive to the city centre would take at least 20 minutes.
