Dianthus Residences is located within the most happening commercial district in Kota Damansara. Facilitated by Klang Valley’s maiden Mass Rapid Transit system, Tropicana Gardens injects a breath of fresh air to suburban Kota Damansara, with lush garden landscapes all around the development. Nestled 250 metres away from the Surian MRT station, Dianthus Residences is furthest from the MRT station. Already lowest in density, this can mean more privacy too.

And pretty soon, the MRT line is expected to be completed at the end of 2016 and fully operational by early 2017. The connecting point (a covered walkway) of Tropicana Gardens to the Surian MRT station is at Bayberry Residences, the second phase.

Apart from the rail connectivity, this serviced apartment fronts the bustling Persiaran Surian, a widely-used road that cuts across Kota Damansara beginning from Damansara-Puchong Expressway to Sungai Buloh. Due to the high volume of traffic traversing this road, two underground tunnels have been constructed to ease traffic congestion.

On the opposite side of this road is Sunway Giza Mall and Sunway Damansara, a popular commercial hub that boasts a myriad of small-time businesses that are largely food and beverage outlets. There are also huge chain businesses as well. Then there’s also The Strand, a business centre that is also home to Encorp Strand Mall.

Summary

Due to its close proximity to an MRT station and Persiaran Surian, Tropicana Gardens stands out in a huge way in Kota Damansara, where standalone high density high-rise residential buildings are commonplace. The defining element of this development is in the incorporation of lush gardens into its architecture. In 2012, the initial selling price of phase one Arnica Residences was at RM800 per sq ft.

With the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line looking promising and taking shape in this part of Klang Valley in 2016, the price per sq ft of Dianthus Residences is at RM1,100. If this increased price tag does not make you wonder why you didn’t purchase a unit earlier, what will?
