OSK Property announced the final phase of You City Cheras, launched in Q2 2018. The current installments of You City Cheras are Phase 1 and 2, which are You Residences and You Vista respectively located in Taman Suntex Cheras. HIKA is slated to be completed somewhere is 2020. Following the success of its two predecessors, HIKA will also have a row of retail shops sitting within the development itself. A check with OSK Property’s officials revealed that in line with You Residences and You Vista, HIKA will be priced at around RM 600 to RM700 per sq ft.

The development consists of serviced apartment as well as commercial stores. OSK officials have revealed that HIKA will feature a link bridge to Taman Suntex’s MRT station. This will be one of the selling points of HIKA. As it is with most developments, the presence of such link bridges allows residents to travel using public transports instead of being stuck in traffic jams.

The developer also reveals that HIKA will be priced somewhere along the lines of its predecessor You Residences and You Vista at an estimated price of RM 600 to RM700 per sq ft. The development will also have retail shops to cater to residents’ every need.

Prospective buyers were encouraged to take advantage of OSK Property’s 20188 Zero Entry Package. As part of its program, the developer is giving away cash rebates and lucky draws to potential buyers. There will also be home furnishing packages and referral schemes available.
